Unsure about the font?

Would you like to see a preview of your name in a specific font? Please send us an email before you order. We would love to show you how your chosen name will look.

Please note: If you are not happy with the font after receiving your item, we unfortunately cannot change it or re-embroider it.

Check your input carefully

The embroidery is made exactly as you enter it – including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and any special characters.

Therefore, please always double-check that your name/text is entered completely correctly in the designated field on the product page.

Specific requests? No problem!

- the name in a specific place?

- larger or smaller embroidery?

- text on separate lines or next to each other?

Please specify your preferences in the comments field when personalizing your item.

Delivery time & express options

The current embroidery lead time is stated on each personalized product (usually 3–5 working days).

During busy periods, this may take a little longer. Would you like to receive your personalized item sooner?

Personalized items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for embroidered or personalized items.
